Harold Vega is a Colombian immigrant with more than 20 years in the United States. In the search for a better future, Vega was inspired by his family who are dedicated to the food business in the Capital Washington DC to start his own story.
After working as a waiter, bartender and knowing all the departments of a restaurant, he dared to look for a different alternative in the city of Richmond, Virginia. That’s where Chicken Fiesta was born, the first rotisserie for grilled chicken in the city. That dream became a different alternative for the inhabitants of RVA, who found in Chicken Fiesta the true taste of home. For this reason, it has been in business for more than 17 years, a brand that today has five stores distributed throughout the city.
